Ingredients
- 300 ml boiling whole milk
- 500 grams of crumbled ricotta
- 200 grams of butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the milk, ricotta and butter well.
- Add the cheese and beat some more.
- Divide into cups or jars with lids.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Mom Tips
The butter should be at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
