Another easy cream cheese recipe with the convenience of a blender. Enjoy!


  • 300 ml boiling whole milk
  • 500 grams of crumbled ricotta
  • 200 grams of butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, ricotta and butter well.
  2. Add the cheese and beat some more.
  3. Divide into cups or jars with lids.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.

Mom Tips

The butter should be at room temperature.

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
