Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 3 tablespoons of amarula liqueur
- 200 grams of milk chocolate
Preparation Mode
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- In disposable plastic cups, make a layer of chocolate using a culinary brush.
- Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove and brush again with chocolate and refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
- Repeat again,
- Remove and let rest for 15 minutes to dry.
- In a pan, heat the condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
- Remove, add the liquor, mix well and let it cool.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Unmold the cups and fill.
- Decorate to taste.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, use your favorite liquor.
The cups can also be made with white chocolate.
