Ingredients
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 400 ml of milk
- 600 grams of corn
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- Caramel
Preparation Mode
- With the caramel, caramelize a mold with a hole in the middle or individual molds. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven by placing a baking tray filled with water for a bain-marie inside.
- In a blender, beat the milk with the corn.
- Remove and sift well and return to the blender.
- Add the condensed milk, eggs and coconut milk and beat.
- Place the mixture in the prepared mold or pans and bake in the oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour or until it is firm.
- Remove and when warm, place in the refrigerator.
- Once chilled, unmold.
Mom Tips
The glass of coconut milk is 200 ml.
You can use ready-made caramel or traditional homemade caramel.
