Humm…it’s impossible not to make this corn dessert again. Delicious!


  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 600 grams of corn
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Caramel

Preparation Mode

  1. With the caramel, caramelize a mold with a hole in the middle or individual molds. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven by placing a baking tray filled with water for a bain-marie inside.
  3. In a blender, beat the milk with the corn.
  4. Remove and sift well and return to the blender.
  5. Add the condensed milk, eggs and coconut milk and beat.
  6. Place the mixture in the prepared mold or pans and bake in the oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour or until it is firm.
  7. Remove and when warm, place in the refrigerator.
  8. Once chilled, unmold.

Mom Tips

The glass of coconut milk is 200 ml.

You can use ready-made caramel or traditional homemade caramel.
