Ingredients
- ½ can of condensed milk
- ½ can of cream
- 250 grams of melted milk chocolate
- ½ liter of milk
- ½ cup (tea) sugar
- ½ tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
- ½ tablespoon of emulsifier
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the milk, sugar and neutral alloy powder for 5 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost toughen up.
- Using a mixer, beat the chocolate with the cream and condensed milk until it forms a cream.
- Add the emulsifier, the freezer mixture and beat for 15 minutes or until fluffy and airy.
- Place in jars and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with ice cream accompaniments.
Mom Tips
Decorate with chocolate splits. You can find it at home/culinary stores for confectionery/parties.
Yields 4 liters of ice cream.
