  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • ½ can of cream
  • 250 grams of melted milk chocolate
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • ½ tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
  • ½ tablespoon of emulsifier

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, sugar and neutral alloy powder for 5 minutes.
  2. Place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost toughen up.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the chocolate with the cream and condensed milk until it forms a cream.
  4. Add the emulsifier, the freezer mixture and beat for 15 minutes or until fluffy and airy.
  5. Place in jars and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve with ice cream accompaniments.

Mom Tips

Decorate with chocolate splits. You can find it at home/culinary stores for confectionery/parties.

Yields 4 liters of ice cream.
