How about delicious pasta prepared “in the blink of an eye”?
Ingredients
- 1 package of pasta
- 1 can of cream with whey
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 1 liter of water
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 2 calabrian sausages, sliced
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, fry the sausage in its own fat until softened.
- Add the onion and fry some more.
- Add the water, chicken broth, tomato sauce and cook until it boils.
- Add the pasta, cream and cover the pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes, after the pan starts to sizzle.
- Remove the pressure, open the pan and transfer to a refractory dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
Mom Tips
The type of pasta can be screw or penne.
Calabrese sausage can be replaced with guanabara sausage.
Approximate yield of 6 servings.
