How about delicious pasta prepared “in the blink of an eye”?


  • 1 package of pasta
  • 1 can of cream with whey
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • 2 calabrian sausages, sliced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, fry the sausage in its own fat until softened.
  2. Add the onion and fry some more.
  3. Add the water, chicken broth, tomato sauce and cook until it boils.
  4. Add the pasta, cream and cover the pan.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, after the pan starts to sizzle.
  6. Remove the pressure, open the pan and transfer to a refractory dish.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.

Mom Tips

The type of pasta can be screw or penne.

Calabrese sausage can be replaced with guanabara sausage.

Approximate yield of 6 servings.
