A simple, creamy and distinctively flavored rice pudding dessert. Hmm… very good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup washed raw rice
- 2 liters of milk
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 can of whey-free cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, heat the sugar, stirring constantly until you get a caramel.
- Carefully and little by little, add the milk and let it boil over low heat until the caramel dissolves.
- In another pan, place the rice and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, letting it cook until the water dries (about 10 minutes).
- Add 1/3 of the milk with caramel, cinnamon, cloves and cook again until almost dry.
- Repeat the operation until the milk runs out and the rice is cooked.
- Remove from the heat and add the cream and mix well. Place in a refractory dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
For sweet rice, the ideal is to use arboreal rice.
