Ingredients
- 500 grams of white fish cut into cubes
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated celery
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 finger pepper seedless and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 3 red onions finely sliced
- Juice of 3 lemons, squeezed just before preparing
Preparation Mode
- Place the fish in a deep bowl and season with pepper and salt.
- Add the celery, ginger, pepper and onions.
- Sprinkle with coriander.
- Squeeze the lemons and drizzle over the mixture.
- Mix well and check if the salt is good.
- Let marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chips.
