Ingredients

  • 500 grams of white fish cut into cubes
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated celery
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 finger pepper seedless and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 3 red onions finely sliced
  • Juice of 3 lemons, squeezed just before preparing

Preparation Mode

  1. Place the fish in a deep bowl and season with pepper and salt.
  2. Add the celery, ginger, pepper and onions.
  3. Sprinkle with coriander.
  4. Squeeze the lemons and drizzle over the mixture.
  5. Mix well and check if the salt is good.
  6. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with chips.

Ceviche can be the main dish or served as a starter.

Try to cut the fish into regular cubes.
