Mom Tips
Avocado size: medium to large.
When microwaving the gelatin, be careful with the baking time, which may vary from oven to oven. Cook for 15 seconds and increase another 5 seconds if necessary until the gelatin is dissolved. Do not let it boil.
The small shape is 20 cm in diameter or two smaller ones are 13 cm in diameter each. The molds are found in household goods stores or culinary product stores for confectionery.
The smaller shapes are preferred as they are easy to unmold, without the risk of the mousse breaking and they decorate the table at both ends.
