Ingredients
- Rump crumb in small cubes
- Yellow pepper
- Red pepper
- Onion wedges
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sliced sausage
- Seedless tomatoes in wedges
- Oil
- Ready seasoning (garlic/salt)
- Wooden sticks for skewers
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, coat the meat with the seasoning.
- Season the onion with the vinegar. Reserve.
- Season the tomato with the olive oil.
- Alternate the sticks, meat, onion, pepper, sausage and tomato.
- Take it to bake.
Mom Tips
The grill where the kebabs will be roasted should be approximately 20 cm above the flame.
While roasting, turn the skewers every 2 minutes.
The rump crumb can be replaced with filet mignon or sirloin.
