Sonho is delicious and very easy to make in the roast option. In the recipe there are tips for various fillings. Try making it for an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 1 ovo
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
- 10 grams of dry yeast for bread or 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt or 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
Preparation mode
- Pay attention to the right point of the dough before adding the wheat flour: the dough should be a bit sticky on the inside, but on the outside, it will not stick to your hands.
- Grease a large baking dish with oil and set aside.
- In a bowl put the milk, yeast and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the egg, essence, margarine, salt and mix again.
- Gradually add the wheat flour (very little by little), mixing until you get a dough that should be handled with your fingertips inside the bowl.
- Handle the dough for about 2 minutes feeling the texture of the dough. Make sure that the outside of the dough is not sticking to your hands, but a little sticky inside the dough.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
- Remove eleven portions of dough and shape into large balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Take to bake at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove the buns, brush them with a syrup of water and sugar and then roll them in powdered sugar.
- Open the dreams in half and stuff.
Mother’s Tips
To measure ingredients, use a 250ml cup.
You can stuff the donuts before or after roasting. If filling before baking, use 1 teaspoon of filling.
Open the dough in the palm of your hand, stuff it and close the dough well.
The syrup can be made with 10 tablespoons of water and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Just mix well and use. It doesn’t go into the fire.
