  • 1 cup milk (warm)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt or 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

Preparation mode

  1. Pay attention to the right point of the dough before adding the wheat flour: the dough should be a bit sticky on the inside, but on the outside, it will not stick to your hands.
  2. Grease a large baking dish with oil and set aside.
  3. In a bowl put the milk, yeast and sugar. Mix well.
  4. Add the egg, essence, margarine, salt and mix again.
  5. Gradually add the wheat flour (very little by little), mixing until you get a dough that should be handled with your fingertips inside the bowl.
  6. Handle the dough for about 2 minutes feeling the texture of the dough. Make sure that the outside of the dough is not sticking to your hands, but a little sticky inside the dough.
  7. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
  8. Remove eleven portions of dough and shape into large balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
  9. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
