Dough Ingredients
- 1 kg of wheat flour
- 2/3 cup oil (tea)
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablets of biological ferment
- Oil for greasing
Stuffing Ingredients
- 600 grams of skinless fresh sausage
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped parsley (chopped)
- 300 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, separate the flour.
- In the blender, beat the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over the flour, beating with a wooden spoon.
- Transfer the dough to a smooth surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Stuffing Preparation Method
- In a pan, fry the sausage with the water, until golden.
- Add the garlic and onion and let it wilt.
- Add the tomato, the green smell, the mozzarella cheese, the pepper and the salt.
- Mix for 1 minute.
Assembly
- Preheat the oven.
- Roll the dough into circles, fill and shape the esfihas.
- Take to bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
Mother’s Tips
Serve with lemon, mustard or ketchup.
