For the ingredients you will need :
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 courgettes
- Goat cheese
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Thyme

- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C before washing and cutting the zucchini into slices.
- Then in a dish, on baking paper, add a little olive oil, liquid honey, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place the zucchini and your puff pastry on top.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and remove the tart from the oven. Leave to cool and add a little goat cheese on top.
You can also add a little basil or a few pine nuts.
