The first months of the year are always the most complicated. The days are shorter, the temperatures unpredictable and morale unstable: in short, we need comfort, and we really need it. For this, nothing better than going through the kitchen. But be careful, there is no question of spending hours behind the stove, the ideal is to opt for an express, easy and delicious recipe.

In fact, we found this perfect recipe: the raclette-style tarte Tatin shared on Instagram by content creator Gwendoline Boudot. Here’s how to do it.

To make this tart at home, you will need:

  • 1 shortcrust pastry or 1 puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g thick crème fraîche
  • 1 or 2 large onions
  • Raclette cheese
  • 600 g potatoes
  • raw ham or slices of smoked bacon
  1. Start by washing and peeling your potatoes before cooking them for 15 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  3. Then in a pie dish, arrange the slices of raw ham.
  4. In a salad bowl, mix the egg, the crème fraîche, the previously grilled onions and stir.
  5. Add the cooked potatoes cut into pieces into this preparation. Pour it over the raw ham.
  6. Arrange the raclette slices over the entire surface.
  7. Cover with the dough. Tuck in the edges and prick the top with a fork.
  8. Finally, bake for between 35 and 40 minutes at 200°C. At the end of cooking, place a plate on the mold before turning the whole thing over.

All you have to do is enjoy the tart accompanied by a green salad! Enjoy your food !
