There are several recipes for Christmas tenders. Try this option with sauce! Guaranteed success!

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless 1.5 kg tenderloin
  • 2 cups dried apricots
  • 1 cup (tea) pineapple juice
  • 1 can of Guarani flavored coolant
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 star anise stars
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ cup (tea) sugarcane molasses
  • Cloves to taste

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup of tender cooking sauce
  • 1 cup (tea) apple juice

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large pan, add the apricots, pineapple juice, soda, cinnamon, anise and bay leaves.
  2. Add the tenderloin, cover and leave to soak for 12 hours.
  3. Place the tenderloin on a baking tray.
  4. Strain the marinade broth and pour over the tenderloin.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the paper and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the tender from the oven and, with a knife, make squares on the top.
  8. Drizzle with molasses, stick the cloves and brown for approximately 30 minutes.
  9. In a pan, place the broth that formed from cooking the meat and add the apple juice.
  10. Bring to a boil and let reduce by half.
  11. Place ½ cup of this sauce in a baking dish and add the apricots cut into strips.
  12. Bake in a high oven for 10 minutes.
  13. Place the tenderloin on a platter and decorate with apricots and cinnamon.
  14. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
