This Arabic sweet is truly delicious. Try it!


  • 2 packs of angel hair pasta
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 grams of ground walnuts
  • 600 grams of crumbled ricotta
  • 300 grams of butter

Syrup Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) full of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Syrup Preparation Method

Make a thin syrup with all the ingredients. Reserve.

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, melt the butter and add the broken pasta to brown. Reserve.
  2. In a deep bowl, place the condensed milk, walnuts and ricotta. Mix well.
  3. In a large greased baking dish, place half the pasta.
  4. Then, place the other mixed ingredients on top and finally the rest of the pasta.
  5. Pour the syrup over the assembled pasta.
  6. Cut into squares and bake for 15 minutes.
