Aromatic Olive Oil


  • 500 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Red and yellow sweet pepper
  • Black pepper and white peppercorns
  • dehydrated rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Scallion
  • Crepe sauce

Preparation Mode

  1. Remove the twigs from the sweet peppers and place them in a sterilized jar.
  2. Make an arrangement with the already sanitized and well-dried herbs. Separate a sprig of each species and top it off with a sprig of chives.
  3. With the help of the rosemary handle, place the arrangement in the glass.
  4. Heat the olive oil (without boiling) and pour it into the glass, until there is 2 cm left to reach the neck.
  5. Add some yellow peppers.
  6. Add a little more olive oil until the seasonings are completely covered.
  7. Finish by adding a red pepper.
  8. Leave to rest for two weeks at room temperature in a cool place.

Mom Tips

Resting the salt, oil and vinegar is important to intensify the flavor of the seasonings.

To sanitize herbs and peppers, place them in a very clean plastic container with water and drops of bleach. Leave them immersed for 5 minutes. Remove and wash them under running water. Dry them well with paper towels. They must be completely dry to be used.

Glasses, lids or stoppers must be sterilized in boiling water.

Shelf life = 2 months for oil and vinegar. For salt = 4 months.

Aromatic Vinegar


  • 750 ml white wine vinegar
  • dehydrated rosemary
  • Red and yellow pepper
  • Chives with root
  • Thyme
  • Garlic with skin
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 rosemary stem or wooden stick

Preparation Mode

  1. Attach the rosemary branch (which is the size of the glass) to the garlic clove.
  2. Place in the glass.
  3. Using a wooden toothpick or rosemary stem, add a bunch of chives with roots inside the glass.
  4. Decorate a sprig of thyme with yellow and red pepper and place in the glass. Add the lemon wedge.
  5. Heat the vinegar (without boiling) and pour it into the glass.
  6. Close it very well and leave it to rest for a week, at room temperature and in a cool place.

Aromatic Salt


  • 200 grams of coarse salt
  • black pepper and white peppercorns
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Bay leaves
  • Garlic

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Place in the chosen glass and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil to add more flavor.
  3. Leave it to rest for a week before using.
