Preparation Mode

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the mixture in a container.
  3. Place in the freezer until it solidifies.
  4. Remove from the freezer and beat again.
  5. Repeat the operation once more.
  6. Distribute the mixture into popsicle molds.
  7. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  8. Remove from the freezer, let it defrost a little and unmold.
  9. Serve.
