At the end of the day, for a snack, try this stuffed potato recipe. It is excellent!
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 cups of shredded cooked meat
- 50 grams of chopped bacon
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Wash the potatoes well, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until softened.
- In a frying pan, over medium heat, add the bacon and let it fry well in its own fat.
- Add the meat, sauté for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Add the cream cheese, parsley, cheese, butter, season with pepper and salt. Set aside.
- When the potato is ready, remove it from the oven, unroll it from the paper and cut off the top of each one, that is, 1/3 of each potato horizontally.
- With a dessert spoon, carefully remove the potato cores.
- Be careful not to pierce the potato skin.
- Place (the removed potato cores) in the bowl along with the stew. Mix well.
- Place the mixture inside the potatoes, cover and place in a high oven for 10 minutes to brown.
- Remove and decorate as desired.
- Serve it hot.
Mom’s Tips
You can also make these potatoes, serving them with white rice and a green salad.
