At the end of the day, for a snack, try this stuffed potato recipe. It is excellent!


  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 cups of shredded cooked meat
  • 50 grams of chopped bacon
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Wash the potatoes well, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until softened.
  3. In a frying pan, over medium heat, add the bacon and let it fry well in its own fat.
  4. Add the meat, sauté for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  5. Add the cream cheese, parsley, cheese, butter, season with pepper and salt. Set aside.
  6. When the potato is ready, remove it from the oven, unroll it from the paper and cut off the top of each one, that is, 1/3 of each potato horizontally.
  7. With a dessert spoon, carefully remove the potato cores.
  8. Be careful not to pierce the potato skin.
  9. Place (the removed potato cores) in the bowl along with the stew. Mix well.
  10. Place the mixture inside the potatoes, cover and place in a high oven for 10 minutes to brown.
  11. Remove and decorate as desired.
  12. Serve it hot.

Mom’s Tips

You can also make these potatoes, serving them with white rice and a green salad.
