Whatever the flavor, cupcakes continue to be part of the list of fine sweets.


  • 2 cups (tea) of fine rolled oats
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Ingredients Topping

  • ½ can of cream
  • 2 cups (tea) of thick dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

Preparation Mode

  1. Place paper liners in cupcake tins. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the bananas, eggs, sugar and oil.
  4. In a bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon and yeast.
  5. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
  6. Place the dough in the molds without letting it reach the edge.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
  8. Remove the cupcakes from the pan and let cool.
  9. Mix the frosting ingredients and place in a piping bag fitted with a small star tip.
  10. Decore os cupcakes.
  11. Sprinkle the cupcakes with ground cinnamon.

Mom’s Tips

Try to buy thick dulce de leche but make sure it is one of those that is very firm.

If you prefer, you can decorate the cupcakes with cinnamon sticks.

Yields 24 units.
