  • 2 cups of white wheat flour
  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy extract
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ovo
  • 30 grams of organic yeast

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour your own bread pan. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to hot temperature.
  3. In a bowl, place the flours. Set aside.
  4. In a blender, blend the water, sugar, salt, extract, seeds, egg and yeast.
  5. Place the mixture in the flour bowl and mix well.
  6. Place the dough in the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.

In health food stores you will find soy extract and flaxseed.

You can find flour in good supermarkets and even in natural product stores.
