  • 1 can of whey-free cream

Dough preparation method

  1. Prepare a 24 cm diameter greased and floured mold. Reserve.
  2. In the mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients of the dough until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Add the egg whites, stirring gently from bottom to top with a spoon.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, unmold and cut in half, lengthwise.
  8. Place one part on a round cake plate, make holes with a fork and moisten with half the milk. Reserve.

How to Prepare Stuffing and Covering

  1. In a pan, put condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine. Mix well.
  2. Take to the low fire, always stirring, until you disgrace from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Mix well.
  4. Let cool.

Assembly

  1. Pour half of the brigadeiro into the reserved cake.
  2. Cover with the other half of the cake.
  3. Moisten with the remaining milk.
  4. Cover the entire surface and sides of the cake with part of the remaining brigadeiro.
  5. Sprinkle with the sprinkles.
  6. Decorate with the rest of the brigadier.
