Dough Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 200 grams of softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate powder
  • 2 teaspoons of chemical baking powder
  • Chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 1 box of cream

Filling preparation method

  1. In a pan, heat the condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  2. Add the cream and mix well.

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Prepare a cupcake mold lined with paper cups. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one by one, beating constantly.
  5. Add the flour, chocolate powder, milk and beat again.
  6. Add, spreading, the yeast and bicarbonate and beat quickly.
  7. Distribute the dough into the molds and place in the oven to bake for approximately 15 minutes or until baked and lightly browned.
  8. Unmold the cupcakes while they are still warm and make a hole in the center of each one.
  9. Place the brigadeiro in a pastry bag and press it into the center of the cupcakes, decorating the entire surface.
  10. Sprinkle with sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles.
