Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 250 grams of champagne biscuit
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup (tea) cocoa liqueur
- 400 grams of milk chocolate to bathe
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, blend the biscuit to crush it.
- Transfer to a pan with the rest of the ingredients.
- Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a shallow dish and let it cool.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside to cool.
- With the candy already cold and, with your hands slightly moistened in water, make small balls.
- Using a fork, dip the balls into the melted chocolate.
- Place the balls on a sheet of baking paper to dry.
- Then, decorate to taste, place in molds and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer a much darker sweet, you can add another tablespoon of chocolate powder.
The ideal is to use a good quality liquor.
