Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 250 grams of champagne biscuit
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) cocoa liqueur
  • 400 grams of milk chocolate to bathe

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, blend the biscuit to crush it.
  2. Transfer to a pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
  4. Transfer to a shallow dish and let it cool.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside to cool.
  6. With the candy already cold and, with your hands slightly moistened in water, make small balls.
  7. Using a fork, dip the balls into the melted chocolate.
  8. Place the balls on a sheet of baking paper to dry.
  9. Then, decorate to taste, place in molds and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer a much darker sweet, you can add another tablespoon of chocolate powder.

The ideal is to use a good quality liquor.
