Ingredients
- 800 grams of Italian rice
- 1 chicken broth tablet
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 150 grams of chopped onion
- 20 grams of minced garlic
- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams of pre-cleaned shimeji mushrooms
- 100 ml of white wine
- 300 grams of frozen broccoli
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 liters of boiling water
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
- Cook the chicken breast with the water seasoned with the chicken broth.
- Remove and shred the chicken reserving the broth.
- In a pan, brown the onion with the garlic in half the butter.
- Add mushrooms.
- Add the wine and let it reduce a little.
