As a starter or snack, buffalo mozzarella and roasted pepper always pleases everyone!

Ingredients

  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Fresh red pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • ½ Sicilian lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Oil

Preparation mode

  1. Make about 3 holes in the red pepper with the tip of the knife and bake until it begins to wither.
  2. Put the peppers in a bowl closure with film paper for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the skin and seeds from the pepper and cut into very thin strips.
  4. In a dish to serve, place the chopped mozzarella, the pepper and the basil leaves.
  5. Season with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Try pepper to know its intensity.

The buffalo mozzarella cheese is light, healthy, has a creamy texture, is smooth to smell, has soft consistency, wet crumb and bright white color.

When buying cheese, look for the quality seal of the Brazilian Association of Buffalo Breeders.
