Dough Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 cup (American type) of oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode
- Grease a mold and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- Preheat the oven.
- In a bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar and yeast. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and carrots.
- Place the mixture in the bowl and mix well.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Unmold and pour the topping over the top.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, bake the cake in a baking dish. Once ready, cut the cake into squares.
Three small jars of dessert = 330 grams. You can find it in good supermarkets, on refrigerated shelves.
You can also use white chocolate dairy dessert, if you prefer.
