Very easy ! With this topping, the carrot cake becomes even tastier and irresistible!!

Dough Ingredients

  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup (American type) of oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a mold and sprinkle with wheat flour.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. In a bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar and yeast. Reserve.
  4. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and carrots.
  5. Place the mixture in the bowl and mix well.
  6. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool.
  8. Unmold and pour the topping over the top.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, bake the cake in a baking dish. Once ready, cut the cake into squares.

Three small jars of dessert = 330 grams. You can find it in good supermarkets, on refrigerated shelves.

You can also use white chocolate dairy dessert, if you prefer.
