Ingredients
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of milk
- 150 grams of fresh crushed cheese
- 1 envelope of unflavored colorless powdered gelatin
Ingredients Syrup
- ½ cup red fruit jelly
- 4 tablespoons of water

Preparation Mode
- Moisten a 22 cm diameter mold with water. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the cream, cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Reserve.
- Sprinkle the gelatin in the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Place over medium heat in a bain-marie to dissolve.
- Place the gelatin in the blender and blend until well mixed.

Syrup preparation method
