How about this pudding dessert for that special lunch or dinner? Delicious!


  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 150 grams of fresh crushed cheese
  • 1 envelope of unflavored colorless powdered gelatin

Ingredients Syrup

  • ½ cup red fruit jelly
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • Fruits

Preparation Mode

  1. Moisten a 22 cm diameter mold with water. Reserve.
  2. In a blender, beat the cream, cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Reserve.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin in the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  4. Place over medium heat in a bain-marie to dissolve.
  5. Place the gelatin in the blender and blend until well mixed.
  6. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until set.

Syrup preparation method

  1. Place a small pan with water and jelly over medium heat.
  2. Stir for approximately 2 minutes until the jelly dissolves well.
  3. Unmold the pudding, cover with syrup and decorate with fruit.
