  • ¼ cup (tea) butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) chopped light cheese
  • 1 tablet of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 2 cups of skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Round Italian breads (optional)
  • Cooked broccoli
  • Fried cubed bacon

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic in butter until golden.
  2. Add the wine and cheese and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the broth dissolved in the hot water.
  4. Dissolve the flour in the milk and add it to the pan.
  5. Mix and let it boil.
  6. Stirring constantly, lower the heat and cook.
  7. When serving, garnish with broccoli and bacon.

Mom Tips

You can serve the soup inside the bread. Cut the top of each loaf forming a lid and carefully remove the crumb, leaving a 2 cm thickness. Add the soup, decorate, cover and serve.
