There’s nothing like homemade ice cream made with love by you! Enjoy the summer!!


  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 box of cherry flavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
  • ½ cup of cherries in syrup
  • Cleaned fresh cherries

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the gelatin with the water until dissolved.
  2. Add condensed milk, milk, cream until homogenized.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until it almost hardens.
  4. Remove, place in the mixer, add the emulsifier and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the bowl from the mixer, add the drained and chopped cherry and mix with a spoon.
  6. Place in the freezer or freezer for another two hours or until it hardens.
  7. Serve with fresh cherries.

Mom Tips

You can find fresh cherries in good supermarkets or the Municipal Market in your city.

Use the empty condensed milk can to measure the milk.

You can find the emulsifier in homes/culinary product stores for confectionery/parties

Approximate ice cream yield is 6 servings.
