In summer, mixed salads make a comeback. While many of us love a plate of traditional Caesar salad or with breaded chicken or shrimp, there are other equally delicious recipes to enjoy when the sun is out.
Among the most trendy recipes, we find the Green Goddess Salad made with cabbage but also the Cobb salad. Originally from the United States, this salad is similar to the classic Caesar by the presence of eggs and lettuce but is differentiated by a cheesy touch brought by the Roquefort but also by the grilled bacon. To make this recipe for 2 people, you will need:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 lettuce salad
- 3 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- A few cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of roquefort
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 5 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 tbsp. tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of Provence herbs
- Sel or fin
