Quick chicken dish that can’t be missed on your menu!


  • 1 kg of fried chicken
  • 500 grams of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, add the oil, onion, garlic and fry.
  2. Stir occasionally until golden.
  3. Add the chicken, bay leaves, pepper, salt and sauté for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
  5. Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Mom Tips

You can use homemade or industrial tomato sauce.

Serve with white rice, polenta or pasta.
