  • 800 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Frying oil


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 box of cream
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the chicken with lemon, garlic, pepper and salt.
  2. Dissolve the flour in the water.
  3. Add pepper, salt, ice cubes and mix well.
  4. Dip the chicken cubes into the mixture and beat to remove excess.
  5. Fry little by little in hot oil until golden.
  6. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately with the sauce.
