Check out how to spice up artichokes and make them look and taste mouth-watering!


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (tea) cream
  • 2 cups of chopped palm hearts
  • 300 grams of preserved artichoke bottoms
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • ½ cup of white wine
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch of chard or iceberg lettuce, cleaned and cut into thin strips

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, place the chicken, wine, season with salt and cover with water.
  2. Cook with the pan covered until the chicken is tender.
  3. Let it cool, drain the water and shred the chicken. Reserve.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, hearts of palm and reserved chicken.
  5. Mix well until you obtain a cream. Reserve.
  6. In a salad bowl, place the lettuce or chard.
  7. Place a portion of chicken cream on each artichoke base.
  8. Distribute in the prepared salad bowl.

Mom Tips

The salad bowl can also be prepared with carrot sauce or another dressing of your choice.
