Ingredients
- 100 grams of sliced beef
- 400 grams of sanitized broccoli
- 20 grams of bamboo shoot
- 10 grams of green pepper
- 10 grams of red pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 400 ml of water

Preparation Mode
- Cut the bamboo shoot into slices.
- Cut the peppers into thin strips.
- Open the broccoli at the stem.
- Fry the meat in hot oil until golden.
- Remove the meat and place it in a pan.
- Add the sprouts, peppers and broccoli.
- Season with sugar and salt.
- Add the soy sauce.
- Add a splash of oil to the pan and sauté everything for 1 minute.
- To finish, add the cornstarch diluted in water.
- Cook for approximately 1 more minute.
