Here is the ultimate recipe for golden, perfectly seasoned homemade nuggets.   1. Start by grinding the cornflakes into a powder that is not too fine as it will act as breadcrumbs. Reserve. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and spices.
  2. Cut the chicken fillets into large pieces then flour them with the previous mixture. Make sure to shake each piece well to remove excess flour. Now pass the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs, then in the crushed corn flak mixture. They should be well coated.
  3. Finally place the chicken pieces on a baking tray covered with baking paper, and drizzle them with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake everything for 8 to 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
