  • 100 grams of sliced ​​beef
  • 400 grams of sanitized broccoli
  • 20 grams of bamboo shoot
  • 10 grams of green pepper
  • 10 grams of red pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 400 ml of water
  • Oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the bamboo shoot into slices.
  2. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  3. Open the broccoli at the stem.
  4. Fry the meat in hot oil until golden.
  5. Remove the meat and place it in a pan.
  6. Add the sprouts, peppers and broccoli.
  7. Season with sugar and salt.
  8. Add the soy sauce.
  9. Add a splash of oil to the pan and sauté everything for 1 minute.
  10. To finish, add the cornstarch diluted in water.
  11. Cook for approximately 1 more minute.
