Crepes are so easy to make! They can be served as dessert and are already a hit at parties!
Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
- ½ cup (tea) of water
Syrup Preparation Method
- Melt the sugar with the chocolate.
- Add the water and let it boil until you get a syrup.
Entering Crepe
- ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 ovo
- Oil
How to Prepare Crepes
- In a blender, blend the first 5 ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with oil.
- Add 2 spoons of dough and let it fry until it starts to come away from the sides.
- Turn over and finish frying.
- Repeat the operation until you run out of dough.
- Roll up each crepe and place it on a platter.
- Drizzle the crepes with the syrup.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the homemade syrup with chocolate syrup for ice cream.
Crepes can be filled with a thin layer of creamy brigadeiro, dulce de leche, another filling of your choice or even with the chocolate syrup itself.
