Crepes are so easy to make! They can be served as dessert and are already a hit at parties!

Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • ½ cup (tea) of water

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. Melt the sugar with the chocolate.
  2. Add the water and let it boil until you get a syrup.

Entering Crepe

  • ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 ovo
  • Oil

How to Prepare Crepes

  1. In a blender, blend the first 5 ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with oil.
  3. Add 2 spoons of dough and let it fry until it starts to come away from the sides.
  4. Turn over and finish frying.
  5. Repeat the operation until you run out of dough.
  6. Roll up each crepe and place it on a platter.
  7. Drizzle the crepes with the syrup.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can replace the homemade syrup with chocolate syrup for ice cream.

Crepes can be filled with a thin layer of creamy brigadeiro, dulce de leche, another filling of your choice or even with the chocolate syrup itself.
