Ingredients
- 250 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 250 grams of melted milk chocolate
- 1 can of cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Chocolate powder for sprinkling
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place both types of chocolate.
- Add the cream, honey and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
- Remove and, in small portions, make balls.
- Dip them in chocolate powder and place in molds.
- Serve or store the truffles in the refrigerator.
Mom Tips
Use good quality chocolate.
For this recipe, preferably use aluminum molds.
Approximate yield of 40 units.
