  • 250 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 250 grams of melted milk chocolate
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Chocolate powder for sprinkling

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place both types of chocolate.
  2. Add the cream, honey and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
  4. Remove and, in small portions, make balls.
  5. Dip them in chocolate powder and place in molds.
  6. Serve or store the truffles in the refrigerator.

Mom Tips

Use good quality chocolate.

For this recipe, preferably use aluminum molds.

Approximate yield of 40 units.
