Recipe made in a blender is practical and quick to make! Try this coconut milk cake. Very good!


  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup (tea) oil
  • 1 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk (tea)

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a 24 cm round cake tin. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the coconut milk, milk, sugar, oil, coconut and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Pour into a bowl, add the wheat flour, cornstarch, yeast and mix with a spoon.
  5. Place in the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Remove, let cool and unmold.

  1. Spread the frosting over the top of the cake.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Decorate to taste.
  4. Serve.
