Recipe made in a blender is practical and quick to make! Try this coconut milk cake. Very good!
Ingredients
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- ½ cup of milk
- 1/3 cup (tea) oil
- 1 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 100 grams of grated coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

- 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a 24 cm round cake tin. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the coconut milk, milk, sugar, oil, coconut and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour into a bowl, add the wheat flour, cornstarch, yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Place in the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove, let cool and unmold.
