Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- ½ tablespoon salt or to taste
- Homemade or ready-made bolognese sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
- Wash the ears and cut the kernels.
- In a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients very well.
- Pass the mixture obtained through a sieve and place it in a pan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Let cool.
- In a large pan, bring water to a boil.
- With your hands dusted in wheat flour, make rolls and cut the gnocchi.
- Cook them, little by little, in plenty of boiling water and remove them with a slotted spoon as soon as they rise to the surface.
- Place in the ovenproof dish, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Serve very hot.
Mom Tips
When buying ears, buy the one with bright, light yellow kernels.
